Hello Bungie,
I 1st want to say that i’ve been a fan and guardian since D1, and i’m glad that the game at this stage is strong and looks like it will go on for a lot longer, and i look forward to being a guardian for as long a content is being created for it.
That being said i wanted to offer a suggestion for making the ships and being part of a clan relevant to the game other than for the use of screen loader and easily finding people to do raids that aren’t randoms.
In short Clan Wars. Each week clans will go against clans but not on earth but in space. Each clan will get a warship, opposing clans will have to destroy disable or eliminate each others warships. 1st level would be personal ship vs personal ship battles like crucible but in space. You can customize your ships, these could be in the form of drops for said ships which would improve your ships durability, ammo consumption handling ect ect.
At the end of these activities the winner would get others warship and said ship would increase in size, thus making said clan more renowned and really giving that clan a space of their own, along with specific weapons and banners showcasing your clans progress in said area. This would also make Amanda Holiday relevant once more. Given that she's the ship builder of the city and she's really been forgotten since her last event. Now of course each clan must have a certain group of members and clans that don’t partake on the date of the war would forfeit their warship, this would incentivize clans to be on and work as a team. And i’m not sure about coding but this would not be another location, it would literally be a big old black sand box to blow someone else's ship. And see them float in space.
Guys thanks for all the work you and dedication you put into this game, cause i surely appreciate it.
