Honestly, your best bet is to contact a B.net Mod or Ninja and politely ask them if they can look into it for you.
Don’t try to act pushy or for an immediate repeal, but ask them if they could at least tell you on what grounds were you banned for as you aren’t aware at the moment what may have caused it.

A bnet mod or ninja has no access to the game as they are NOT bungie employees.
-
Bungie doesn't discuss bans.

Okay. Thank you for the insight! How would I go about doing that?

I found one of the guys in twitter Cozmo, I have heard he is helpful too. I just made an @him and told him I was banned and I didn’t break any of the rules and I don’t know what to do. Thank you so much for your help! I really appreciate it! It’s nice to see someone not being super mean!

Edited by MS18EKampferMG: 3/8/2019 4:27:50 PMNo problem, but just make sure not to be pushy towards the matter. Bans are still a touchy issue ever since the Battle.net mass ban due to Bungie’s miscommunication on the PC launch so if anything, just ask for the reason why you ended up getting banned rather than just saying “I did nothing wrong and was banned for no reason.” That line alone is a generalistic thing they probably hear too often and may give them reason to just brush it off.

I will definitely keep that in mind! I appreciate your insight so much.
