• "People don't get banned for no reason", that is the thing. I am banned w/o a reason. If you really looked in the matter there are 2 things in a video game: PvP and PvE. You can see my PvP stats above, they are pretty normal. You can see my PvE (Raid) stats above too, what a suprise, they are pretty normal too. As you said "people don't get banned for no reason". So what is the reason that I am banned? As you can see from the title of the post "I am banned for WHAT REASON". I am asking the reason, I am not asking for an unban.

 • You broke Bungie’s policy and they have banned you accordingly. It even says in the EULA, that you agreed to before playing, that Bungie can ban people at any time if they feel fit to. And before you say that they didn’t warn you, the EULA is the warning. You broke Bungie’s policy, there’s nothing you can do about it. Also, Bungie doesn’t care if you put in 2000 years into the game, you broke the rules. I’ll advise you to move on or make a new account and re-buy D2.

 • For crying out loud. I know that I am banned. I can see the screen. I want to know which part I break the rules? What is the reason of the ban. I don't want them to unban me. I just want to know the reason as you can see from the title. Plus what you say is "
It even says in the EULA, that you agreed to before playing, that Bungie can ban people at any time if they feel fit to.
Bungie, or any other company, can't take away their product as they feel like it. Their actions must be regarding the regulations. And what I want to know is: "WHY" did I get banned? Is it because of a program in my system? It is because they dont like me? It is because they have a problem with Turkish players? Is it because I do raids everyday? Thats why I created this topic.

 • The EULA also covers that Bungie will not discuss bans. Also Bungie has said multiple times that they will not discuss bans. The reason is, is that this will stop hackers from making/editing their hacking software to make it undetectable to the anti cheat. Disclaimer, I’m not saying your a hacker.

 • The problem with them not discussing bans is creating a problem between the company and the user. I know they don't discuss bans, I'm just taking my chances. That is because of the university I study. Each year they fail lots of students to get more money from them -private university. Last year they got sued and paid lots of money back. That may be the same? Me getting banned? Because I did literally nothing wrong in game. So maybe Bungie is banning players due to getting more money? Maybe? We'll never know because Bungie doesn't discuss why they are blocking our access to the product. Sad policy.

 • That’s the thing, this is the same policy that you agreed to, literally there’s nothing to be done as you didn’t bother to read the EULA. The EULA is a legal agreement that states that the company, Bungie, will give the consumer, you, a license to play the company’s, Bungie’s, game as long as you don’t brake the rules. If you do brake the rules then the company, Bungie, has the right to take away the license from the consumer, you, *and has the right to not discuss what coursed the ban. *This is what Bungie added at the end of their EULA agreement and can be different from company to company. If you want more information about how an EULA works this is a link to the wiki page about it: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/End-user_license_agreement

 • I know how EULA works ty, I believe my "breaking rules" should be "proven". Noone is guilty unless its proven right? So I just want them to give me proof that I am breaking the rules. They can say that my KDA is too damn high or that I had 90 kills on pulse rifles but I already have broadsword, or have 20 kills with Luna's Howl but already have Not Forgotten. However I don't have something like that for them to prove. I just want a proof that I broke the rules thats all.

 • Where in the EULA, Terms and Conditions or Policies that say that Bungie needs to give you information about the ban? It literally says in their Ban policy, which is legal by the way and is what you accepted in the EULA:
Players that violate the Code of Conduct or the license agreement that governs Destiny may be restricted or banned from some or all Destiny content or activities.
and later
Disputing a Ban or Restriction There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Permanent account bans are only implemented with rigorous checking to ensure that the innocent are not punished alongside the guilty. Bungie does not comment on or discuss individual account restriction or bans.
Link to ban policy: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929 If this was illegal then something would have been done a log time ago and as this policy has been round for quite awhile now, it’s not braking any laws. It doesn’t matter if you think you were innocent, Bungie has found something that is braking their policy and has banned you accordantly.

 • Im sorry to hear that. It's our fault to not read the contract beforehand, however its -imo- their fault to not give any hints about bans. I still don't think my ban is legit. Its been a week now, I'm getting a chargeback <3

 • Ya, its their policy not to answer or comment at all on bans. There is no appeal process. They feel after they do a full investigation, if the evidence is there they ban. They have all that written into the contract that players agree to
