I'm sure people have regurgitated the "Bungie won't listen" line at least a dozen times by now, and you may think making a compassionate plea of innocence may change that, but seriously, it won't.
Disputing a Ban or Restriction
There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans.
Permanent account bans are only implemented with rigorous checking to ensure that the innocent are not punished alongside the guilty. Bungie does not comment on or discuss individual account restriction or bans.
Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason.
Bungie takes actions to preserve the experience of all Destiny players, and does not take account restrictions lightly. Players are responsible for their online account and console hardware, and any actions taken in the world of Destiny, and should be careful of who they allow to access their Destiny account.
If this is an account ban, your only recourse is to make a new account and start over, which ultimately is no big deal. If it is a Device Ban, you need to get a new console... which you'd have to be senile to do for a single game. Either way, those are your only options. They suck, but that's all you can do. Bungie will not overturn their decision.
Edit: I've read your other comments saying "I'm taking my chances". Dude, your chances of bungie listening and rescinding the ban are literally zero. Even the cases where they admitted they wrongfully banned people in the past, they didn't overturn the bans.
Even the cases where they admitted they wrongfully banned people in the past, they didn't overturn the bans.
Yes they did. This was only publicly acknowledged to have happened one time, and they did unban the wrongfully affected accounts. People posting about being wrongfully banned on these very forums is what started the investigation by Bungie and the bans being overturned.

Eh, I only slightly misspoke. As far as I can tell, it was 4 out of 400. 1% chance of being unbanned is hardly any better than zero. Anyone taking those kind of chances is going to either wait a very, very long time, or die of old age first, which would make the unban irrelevant.
-
Exactly. 4 out of the 400 were wrongfully banned, therefore, 4 were overturned. The other 396 deserved it. You're little buddy wasn't wrongfully banned. It has already been established right here in this thread why he was banned, and it won't be overturned. You're wasting your time.

Thank you for your comment, however I spend more than a year, grinding my teeth out there. Teaching a lot of people how to raid, teaching them the strategies, creating a community from stratch, without getting anything from it. I loved Destiny, I even played daily in Curse of Osiris while most people left the game, I enjoyed the game THAT much. Getting a ban out of nowhere, without a reason, broke my heart. I know Bungie won't reply, or even if they do, that will not be positive. But I can't just sit idly. Writing here is all I can do since Bungie doesn't have a support system

So you're perfectly aware you're talking to a wall, more or less. At least you're more aware of this than a vast majority of those who make these "Please unban me" posts. Just for the record, I do think Bungie are gigantic jackholes for how they handle bans (or rather, their lack of willingness to handle bans beyond "You're Fired!"), so i'm not saying them banning people and then shutting the offended party out, innocence be damned, is a good business practice. Hell, it's pretty crap as far as human decency goes. But that's the Bungie we have. The one we had in the early days died when they left Microsoft. If you want a good side from this, just because you can no longer play with your community doesn't mean they've lost you. You can still lead it, albeit from a distance.

+1 for the "The one we had in the early days died when they left Microsoft".

Cept Microsoft still officially owns Bungie.
-
Yeah, not really. The only thing 'truly Bungie' that MS owns is a) the Halo IP, and 343 has essentially driven that franchise into the floor almost as hard as Bioware has done to Mass Effect, an b) Whatever employees stayed after the split to be absorbed into 343. As for the studio itself, Activision owns Bungie's ass.
