I'm hoping someone can help me. I bought the digital deluxe version of the game back when it first launched. I kept getting the buffalo error code during sporadic intervals. I stopped playing for a number of months, hoping it would get resolved and just recently redownloaded the game. I didn't even get through 2 minutes before it booted me out saying I needed to restart the game through battlenet... which I did.
I've read up on the error and I don't have the game installed on any other pc, I've even uninstalled battlenet from my other pcs, and yet this error code is still an issue. My internet is also not the problem as I'm wired in with ethernet.

2 RepliesHello, and thank you for your report. If you could, please try these steps and see if they assist:
• Delete the following local cache/settings directories: o %PROGRAMDATA%\Battle.net o %APPDATA%\Battle.net o %LOCALAPPDATA%\Battle.net o %APPDATA%\Bungie\DestinyPC • If that does not work, completely uninstall and reinstall both Destiny 2 and the Battle.net application, and repeat the cache deletion process *WARNING* Deleting these will cause you to lose persisted settings, such as logged in users, keybinds and graphics settings in Destiny, etc.
The directory names above are actual paths that can be used in Windows Explorer. For example, if you enter "%PROGRAMDATA%" in the Windows Explorer address bar, it will automatically take you to C:\ProgramData (default), which is a hidden directory. If that does not solve the issue, please let us know.
