I literally salivate at the thought of Nova Warp being nerfed. It's inevitable. "Every dog has its day" Anyone remember Sunbreaker Titan when The Taken King launched? Yep. Its your turn Warlocks.

  • Hate to break it to you, but Stormcaller is the super that got the massive nerfs. The change made to sunbreaker wasn't even a nerf to the class itself, it was just a bug with blast radius reduction on grenades and horseshoes that ended up reducing the range of the explosive hammers on sunbreaker.

  • Nah dude. They reduced the amount of hammers thrown which in turn led to the time available for roaming. They reduced how effective the cauterise perk was for healing. The radius was reduced. The whole Super was converted into a shadow of itself. As for Stormcaller, even if that thing copped a nerf, it was still a beast in every activity. They cut off Stormcallers balls for D2 but.

  • Fair enough on the hammers, I only remembered them breaking the tracking hammers, but they did a heck of a lot to Stormcaller. They nerfed landfall twice, once for the blinding and the second time for popping bubbles. They reduced the chaining ability of super conductor. They severely increased the super cost of ionic blink and they both reduced the duration of the super overall and massively reduced the duration if you used the landfall perk, which made impossible machines trash as well. There's a reason warlocks sucked hard in y3 pvp and pve. By the time they were done with Stormcaller, they were back to only having nova bomb as a decent super

  • Damn, I main a Titan so I didnt notice how badly Stormcallers copped it... All this talk of nerfs makes me sad, I retract my original comment, Im only salty that I was slayed from a Nova Warp during a mid flight Thundercrash. Should have least traded... haha
