Is this "Meta"? No, does it smash the meta? Hell to the -blam!- yeah! You heard it here first folks, Orewing's maul and flash and thunder are here to save you from your mundane colonial lives and if you don't like it we'll leave you concussed and wondering why you died.
Let's break it down. These 2 launchers have remote detonation for the grenades giving you all the control of range you could ever want and a very controllable bounce trajectory off of walls and floors. Is there a group of enemy players taking c in the room at metro? Bounce that shit like Kobe around the corner and blast them all, the radius given by concussion will cover most of the room...speaking of concussion...
The concussion perk (ALWAYS USE THIS) on these 2 launchers gives so many benefits it's crazy. First it locks your radius at a quite large 55, this makes it quite massive for a grenade launcher. This also makes the 90-150 damage of the blast itself very lenient as far as damage goes. It also has a little over 50 damage on a direct hit making it a one shot.
The second thing this perk does is blind you momentarily with orange electric looking crap that is as disorienting as listening to Identity politics. This is coupled with the effect of wrenching your aim to a random area away from where it was like getting tethered by a nightstalker.
The third thing the concussion perk does is halt any movement, momentum or action you were currently performing from jumping to shooting to even using your super. Poledancer jumping over the gap to vape you? Not anymore they just fall straight down. Hammer bro about to throw a hammmer? don't worry he was looking at the ceiling after your grenade and is now half dead and blind on the floor.
In short this weapon can make your enemies look and feel like absolute potatoes.
