Noble Constant Type 2 (Leg Armor) Question regarding Masterwork / Bug? Please!

Dear Support Team :) usually, armor pieces got a locked base stat contribution on themselves that can't be changed (as I thought) Noble Constant Type 2 (Leg Armor) got 0-1 Mobility 1 Resilience 0-1 Recovery aswell as another +1 Statpoint for Restorative, Heavy or Mobile Armor (when received, 1 more resilience = a total of 2 resilience) This one is called intrinsic Perk, and this is the only stat that changes when Masterworking an Item, right? So, only one of those three can change for either +1 Recovery, +1 Mobility or +1 Resilience, right? But when I just upgraded my Noble Constant Type 2 (Leg) and got a restorative Leg armor piece, the one locked statpoint of Resilience was put in Mobility. Now my Noble Constant Type 2 (Leg) looks like the following: 1-2 Mobility 0 Resilience > instead of a minimum of 1 (?) 1-2 Recovery Is that common, or did some kind of error or bug occur? As I mentioned, I thought just the Intrinsic Perk stat (Restorative, Mobile, Heavy) change. Does it, at all, change >every< stat on the masterworked piece of armor? Just googled and couldn't find an example where this occured, or I just failed to inform myself >.< :P Thank You very much for Your reply! I'm confused right now, and I hope my question wont lead to further questions :P Please... answer.. this is a duplicate and second forum post from it's original post 5 days ago. I'm sorry, but I'd really like to see forward to get an explanation of this, aswell as any kind of help, if possible.
