Not only is it against the Bungie and Xbox terms of service and therefore ban worthy, but isn't DDOSing illegal as well?
Hope you reported them in-game and on this website. Sorry to hear it spoilt your clan night.

lol bungie wint do anything. Banhammer has gone limp.
-
Swapped out the banhammer for a piece of wet celery. I used to love when the banhammer came down and the cheater would get on the forums to complain, and get destroyed by the community.

Edited by RED4409: 2/26/2018 11:11:01 AMIt’s when you download so much porn to quickly that your router gets clogged up with nude ladies. You can sometimes see their legs sticking out of the vents. Oh....wait, that’s the other thing.

Dedicated Denial Of Service (I think). Like DTRAIN451 said - they flood your IP address with tons of internet data causing it to lose connectivity for a while.
-
Distributed denial of service attack. Probably just a regular denial of service attack though
-
You're correct. DoS rather than DDoS is what we see/experience more commonly. DDoS is on a larger scale and far more serious.
-
Something like overloading your router so it knocks out your internet. Not quite positive though.

It is in fact a violation of United States federal law.

Damn, that sounds pretty serious.
