Since Destiny Tracker doesn’t separate the games, this wouldn’t affect Bungie in any way. It would just look like people are playing destiny 2.

Haha they wouldn’t use a tracker site dude, they own the separate servers! They’d definitely know who’s playing what, and if nobody is playing their new game Activision would kick their arse to fix it.

They don’t care what you play, they care about what you buy. The only other thing they might care about is overall public perception; which would only be boosted by people playing D1... because it would boost the numbers in the Tracker. We, the community, have lost. Just face it. The game will never be what it was... and it will certainly never reach the potential of what it could have been.

Edited by vmondude: 12/15/2017 11:44:00 PMActivision would wouldn’t agree with you there. If no one is playing the game then the budget was a waste, no one is buying micro transactions and there’s millions less chances of selling DLC and future Destiny titles due to destroyed reputation. Bungie didn’t fund this franchise, Activision did and if it dies Bungie could too. Besides why would they look at a tracker site when they have the separate servers right there in the building!?
