Lookup Fallout Plays on YouTube. He made a vid showing how effective high caliber rounds really are. Not much of a difference.
What makes Uriel’s great and the most overused weapon is it’s consistency. I love the Prosecutor AR but it has terrible hit detection and sometimes feels like you lose all aim assist or gain so much that it’s literally pulling away from your target attaching to someone else across the map. UG also feels like it has no damage falloff because of map design. If you get outgunned by a UG on say Midtown..you at A flag spawn with a scout and the other player with UG at the bridge by outside Power Ammo, you are the problem because damage drop off is noticeable there. People exaggerate as an excuse for having low skill.
The only gun(s) that need to be tweaked are Omolon 3 round burst sidearms. Keep everything the same just lower the rate of fire making it require headshots for optimal TTK. And reduce the Aim Assist on the Mida from 100 down to match the other Scouts in the same archetype.
Buff high impact scouts and pulse rifles. Change one of the 360 rpm energy pulse rifles to 450 rpm.
Fix hit detection and buff everything else.
Mega Buff for Fighting Lion please( Controlled Detonation or Proximity, Direct hits disorient enemies, more damage to guardians using a super)

I almost want Fighting Lion to stay the same because of how satisfying kills with it is! I️ have a two for one with it that is still my proudest moment
-
Nice! Yeah right now it definitely takes some skill to use it effectively.

I like running the less popular striker tree and getting a direct impact + melee. You get a bunch of bonuses from the melee to help after too
-
Been using that skill tree in PVP but never with the Lion. I usually run Sentinel. Never thought of it but the weapon and skilltree perks go together perfectly. Might even throw in the Skullfort helm.

That would be a great combo. Instant reload on FL, health and melee regen, more stability and further lunge. Pretty good!
