I agree that the animation and resilience for the Hunter Class is different to the other two.
But I like it. It fits the class in my view.
Hunters in my opinion are most useful flanking, sneaking and preparing for a super use.
A well positioned Hunter has as much impact as any other class.
The only thing I would change is a slight buff to resilience, speed or health regen when dodging while in a super, as there doesn’t appear to be much use for dodging while in super mode unless you just want to look pretty chain dodging.

How about grenades that can kill? Yes, spike grenades are powerful - but unless they hit the surface just right they're likely to point at the ground. And, I would disagree about the impact. A well positioned titan can pop a barricade (that damages opponents for them) to seal off an exit, throw two overpowered pulse grenades, then sit back and have a laugh. A well positioned warlock can pop a healing rift and keep them - and their team mates - in the game longer. Their rift can also shoot for them if they're on storm. A hunter can go invis for a short time. And, that is helpful. But, I would trade that for a real grenade and more recovery.

Agree that Titan grenades and class abilities for both Titan and Warlocks are better than the hunters. IB at the moment is spammed with arc grenades. OP was purely talking supers and animations to get into that super hence my comments.
