For those of you who do not go on the Reddit forums or watch YouTube videos, resilience is the most lack luster stat in the game. For PvE and PvP. Each point of resilience will only add 2 hp and after 5 resilience it will only add 1 hp which is complete garbage.
Let's talk about Titans.
I am a Warlock main and I know recovery is really amazing. The fact that Titans main stat is resilience kind of hinders their class.
Resilience needs a desperate Buff but we should not increase the HP resilience gives. That will ruin the balance of the game.
Instead, resilience should reduce flinch. 10 resilience should have very little flinch. If a Titan decides to spec into 10 resilience he is giving up of mobility and recovery which in my eyes is balanced.
The benefits of max resilience builds is to have an easier time combating weapons such as the MIDA and Uriel's Gift which will dynamically change the game for the better of PvP.

I agree in a sense that resilience is broken, and i would assume since you play a recovery class you know how crazy it scales. how would it break the game to increase the HP gain from resilience? I don't think it would, why not make it scale as a bonus with a base health for everyone? give every class 150 health base and increase health by say 10% per point of resilience. if I have say 5 resilience and 150 Health why cant it be say 300 if I have 10 resilience? After all I would have to give up recovery or mobility, even better. What if you could use 4 points for your chest and 3 points for every other piece of armor and spend it any way you want to. I will tell you why because with the current increases for each of the 3 stats everyone would be set up the same. 10 recovery, 4 or 5 resilience and the rest in mobility. The system is so cookie cutter, that a titan with 10 resilience will not be able to take any more hits then another class with 4 resilience. Why is everything in the game just a bar with no numeric values, because they don't want people picking their system apart. What if your class affected one of the 3 stats by granting a bonus to your primary stat making that class the best at that one stat so that each of the 3 classes felt epic in their own way?
