I use the preset "smooth" setting for right stick and "aggressive" setting for left stick. This helps tracking stay smooth on moving targets, and helps me strafe in gunfights more easily. I hope those were the right names for the presets, I haven't looked at my setup in a while. Hope this helps at least somewhat!

  • Aggressive on movement stick is nice since it takes less movement to strafe well. Just takes some getting used to. I found myself accidentally blinking too far or jumping too far at first lol. As for the smooth right stick: try it out in PvE a bit. Takes some getting used to, but I seem to like it.

  • Thanks I’ll have to give it a try. I too have been looking for good settings for d2 :) . I haven’t even adjusted the thumb sticks ..

  • I use default thumb sticks still. Just feel natural to me. Haven't ever gotten the hang of the higher or lower ones. Not sure why you'd wanna run the short sticks anyways though.
