Still looking at the same ERROR CODE "Buffalo"

Last Wednesday i bought the game Destiny 2. Now one week later I can still not enter the game. Still looking at the same error message. Still wondering if Bungie is doing anything. I mean it's not like I haven't tried fixing it on my end, I have, but I've lately given up due to no success. Now I'm leaning towards the the decision of getting a refund. Think if you'd buy a car, which got delivered to your home while you were sleeping. In the morning you get up in a good mood because you are going to try out your brand-new car. You get in the driver seat and tries the ignition, nothing happens.... You test another 30 times, still nothing happens. You try contacting the dealer of whom you purchased the car of, no response. No feedback whatsoever. So what ARE you doing Bungie?!?
