LOL these raid weapons are so far and away better than every other raid's drops, other than Black Spindle, since VOG. It's not even debatable.
Yet no one was bitching when clearly inferior to these. Why? Because this game is actually super good and those susceptible to groupthink, who need to whine to validate themselves, need something to bitch about like Teenage girls.

Sir, idk about you but VoC, Fang of Ir Yut, Fatebringer were the best and there is NO possible way anyway raid weapon can live up to them
-
Ex Machina says hello, as does Qullims Terminus. As for the current raid, the Sword, Auto and Scout all have great perks.
-
Did you not read my post before commenting? I named ONE stipulation, only one, and that was that these weapons are the best (pay close attention to the following) SINCE VOG. 2 of the 3 that you just named are from VOG, so it was a complete non-point and was better left not said in the first place. Fang of Ir Yut is good but not nearly on the same level as fatebringer and VoC, and you can't try to argue that it's miles ahead of these raid weapons.

Edited by Zeleros: 9/20/2017 6:54:30 PMLol Vision of Confluence, Praedyth's Timepiece, Fang of Ir Yût, Hunger of Crota, and Hezen Vengeance are just a few examples of raid weapons that are better than these new ones (I can list many more if I remember them)
-
Fang of ir Yut and Hunger of Crota are the only 2 weapons that are not from Vault of Glass, which was my literal only stipulation. I named only 1 rule and you broke it with 4/6 of your suggestions. Btw praedyths timepiece is inferior to this raids pulse: outlaw and more damage on reload is >>>>>>>>>> praedyths and that's not debatable, so you continue to embarrass yourself. Praedyths was by far the worst weapon from that raid. Regarding fang, it was fine but not as good as firefly which is on this raids scout. Hunger has cluster bombs, which this raids rocket also had but this raids rocket has much stronger cluster damage. The other perks are tracking (hunger) and cacoon (leviathan) which are a wash. Tracking is better if you suck at aiming and/or suck at reading the movement of a target. Cacoon is much better if you're capable of still hitting a target, which most people can do. There are good counter arguments to what I'm saying, and yours was terrible. Leave the responding to people on your side of the debate who are more capable.

I said I could list others from other raids (I'm probably gonna screw up some of these names considering I haven't played D1 for basically 6 or 7 months) From Wrath; Steel Medulla, Chaos Dogma, WotM sniper rifle From Kings Fall; Quillim's Terminus
-
I'll give you quillams, the Wotm weapons you named are absolutely inferior to the equivalents in this raid. Please tell me how steel medulla is better than outlaw and full auto...... or how the Wrath pulse is better than kill clip and outlaw. Are you kidding me????? Kill clip and outlaw???? That's broken, as long as you have the skill to hit heads. The ONLY way that could be better is outlaw and firefly.

Firefly is hilariously overrated and only useful against bunches up enemies The only purpose it serves is aesthetic
-
Firefly is nice for large groups though. It's definitely not for yellow bars, but that's fine.
-
Fatebringer of course :)
-
I always thought Fatebringer was overrated The only thing it was good at was clearing thrall swarms Worse stats and perks than my red hand 9
-
It did wonders in PoE. I loved my Red Hand, but FateBringer with the Arc damage was fantastic.
-
Wrong. Oh my my my how can someone be so wrong. It destroys everything. Hands down the best hand cannon in the game.
-
Excuse you, save some room for the Ace of Spades, I miss my godly twirling exotic hand Cannon with Firefly and Outlaw Also Vendor Hung Jury
-
Hung jury was sooooo good
-
The Rocket is the only useful weapon and it is easily replaced by Curtain Call until you get the raid version. Nameless Midnight outperforms all other primaries in the game, raid weapons included. This is the reason why the Leviathan drops need to be fixed.
-
The raid scout has outlaw and increased damage, what 2 perks would you rather have? It's better than nameless, and I love my nameless. The sword is incredible, the pulse is great, the hand canon leaked and will be great with outlaw. I'll give you that the smg sucks but that probably has as much to do with me hating SMGs as it does anything else.
-
Raid Scout is an energy weapon - it's literally 10% weaker than Nameless and because it doesn't have Explosive Rounds, it suffers from damage drop-off. You can't use 2 scout rifles because you need some sort of close-range option or high RoF weapon like an SMG or Auto. Oh, and if it doesn't have Explosive Rounds or a Raid damage perk like Hive Disruptor, it doesn't out-damage Nameless - period. That's why I'm in favor of improving the Raid gear - because there's nothing worth getting in there. The armor is really bad - it has nothing special to set it apart from "vendor trash" mundane gear.
-
You're not a accounting for it's perks- outlaw and the increased damage, or you don't hit head shots. It's a fantastic scout and that's not debatable if you're being remotely honest.
-
You're mixing up the Scout's perks with the Pulse's perks. The Scout Rifle has Full Auto and Dragonfly(Firefly). The Pulse Rifle has Outlaw and Kill Clip(Reactive Reload).
-
Ah gotcha. Still, Firefly is almost as good as outlaw. Idk that those perks are much worse.
