Hello,
it's almost three hours that i'm trying to complete the primary mission of Destiny 2, but the game always crash when i reach the North Tower. Seems that this is the same issue that had occurs on consoles during the beta. The game crashes with displaying the error code: spinach. I have also tried to play on NA servers, but the issue is still there. Error Code: spinach.
It also appears after that i have choosed my character to start the game (after the cinematics).
There are three of my friends that are having my same issue. We are from Italy.

Solution: solved it by using the Kaspersky Secure Connection (VPN Service). If anyone have this issue try a VPN service (like SoftEther) or use a Mobile hotspot connection to solve it.
These are the two methods i found to make it work.
This is what we have already tried:
- Check my internet connection from the modem (PPoE)
- Create a network PPPoE from Windows
- Play on both EU/NA servers
- Execute Battle.net as administrator
- Repair the game client and restart the launcher (Battle.net)
- Close every application in background
My computer specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 4770
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5
RAM: 16 GB DDR3 1600Mhz
Drive: SSD Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

Same here, also from Italy, when I reach North Tower I can enter sometimes but there is no enemies and I get the error without any code. No problems with other games from Battle.net

Edited by Sharpypus: 8/31/2017 6:27:00 AMRouter Name: TG589vn v3 Disconnected during the intro mission every single time, either I get disconnected at the doors after I defend the guy in the bubble (or) if I get past that then on the end cut-scene. Each time with the 'spinach' error #returnedtoorbit... I've played through this exactly 26 times now. Example video here: https://plays.tv/s/LPRGqbTQ3Rq5 Ports Forwarded: ✓ UPnP Enabled: ✓ Gaming Mode: ✓ (tried on and off)

Hi. Had the same problem and tried everything. I don’t have a special router but it works with all the games that I have so, for me, wasn’t a problem with the configuration. One thing that did work was disable my local firewall from the antivirus, Bitdefender, and all the scanners. Didn’t have time to do more in deep analysis but for is the Bitdefender that is causing the problem. Hope this information helps. Best Club

Well, at least Bungie has moved away from the animal error codes. We now get fruits and veg, much healthier play time!

They did the same with moose error on ps4.. but, at the end you will get other errors both in the end of the assault mission and the pvp. The hotspot thing is just temporary
