Thank you but I will take my advices from a professional and not someone who things depression can only be related to sad moments.
There is a clear distinction between sadness and actual depression.

I only used sadness as an example. I picked this technique up in an out-patient group therapy program, and it's meant to help control a variety of emotions. Sadness is one, but those "consequences" can come as anger or anxiety or a whole host of feelings.
