I believe special ammo shortage was introduced on purpose to ease players transition to D2 in which special and heavy weapon slots are combined into a single Power weapon slot with, most likely, scarce ammo. I vote for bringing back special ammo because I am not interested in purchasing D2 at this time. Cheers, LEXX

  • I still don't understand it though, if you could have a sniper or a rocket launcher that would act as your heavy, which would you choose? Of course you're going to choose the rocket launcher because it takes less skill and if it has grenades and horseshoes then it can kill multiple. If you have a sniper as your "power weapon" then you have to aim and hit your target directly in the head. It makes no sense as to why this would be a legit meta. Open to your thoughts though.
