At 11:29 in this old gameplay trailer for destiny 1, there is a clip shown of Prince Uldren pointing a gun at our guardian in a earth-looking area and being very aggressive. This clip was never used in the original destiny game, nor was there any other clip of him away from the reef other than in a cutscenes in TTK of the Reef attacking Oryx's fleet.
From the grimoire we know that he is rallying up the fallen for some unknown reason. And from the destiny 2 gameplay trailer we can assume we will fight fallen on earth.
My theory is that we will see a comeback from this character, maybe this cutscene will finally be shown in-game with different dialogue.
Let me know what your crazy theory is!
Edit: I understand that the clip is very old and that it has been talked about before now many times. But I am bringing it back up because I feel like it could be relevant again.

5 RepliesYes, that clip is as old as dirt and was talked about much more than I think you realize. However I think it's excessively outdated with a story that was entirely scrapped, not cut up like most people think.
-
And people still think bungie will not cut thing up as dlc this time...... O wait they already did!
-
this was part of the cut story before the lead Writer left which then left the team to through the story together, hence why we dont see alot of the clips ingame that we saw in old trailers
-
Well they also were wanting to put in an area on earth called old Chicago, but didn't for some reason? Can't remember
-
In one grimoire card it talks about how the Fallen are leaving the Cosmodrome and how the houses are burning their banners. Then in another card it talks about Uldren being taken to who I assumed was the Kell of Kings.

I sure hope not, guy's a pansy ass -blam!-

1 ReplyThe crows? Fraction?

Edited by kellygreen45: 5/30/2017 1:39:19 PMThat scene was from the story that got scrapped a year before Destiny 1's release. The guy holding the gun is "The Crow". The Crow was turned into Prince Ulhdren and "The Crows" became his intelligence drones for what became the eventually storyline of the game.

5 RepliesThis game looks AWESOME. So whens it coming out?

I can't believe you've been living under a rock for so long.

34 RepliesEdited by Ratti260699: 5/29/2017 9:18:11 AMUmmm this is an old clip from Destiny 1's scrapped story, babe. Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with Destiny 2 and this was a rather silly video to post. Besides the Queen's brother (who was known as Crow originally in the scrapped story) crashed landed on Mars after the battle with Oryx's forces. You would know that if you read the grimoire. Just let me know if you need me to explain anything else, doll. Don't want you making a fool of yourself again.

Nobody cares. It's not, and won't be, relative again. No matter how much you wish it would be.

2 Replies"I can't believe no one is talking about this clip" -Talked about it 4 years ago....

3 RepliesEdited by Mezuki: 5/29/2017 1:05:35 PMPeople were talking about that clip 3 years ago but eventually moved on... maybe you should too

5 RepliesI love how the warlock uses a hunter knife melee, throws solar grenades but super is a Nova bomb. I also noticed the warlock has a hand cannon and a scout rifle equipped. The scout rifle shoots like a pulse. Just saying.

1 ReplyYour forgot to put a satire
-
1 ReplyNo one is talking about it? Everybody talked about it because it was obviously taken out of the game
-
1 ReplyThis conversation isn't being held currently because it was held two years ago.
-
1 ReplyNo. That was from the originally planned story line that was scrapped prior to Destiny's release.
-
This isn't where I parked my car!
-
1 ReplyEveryone talked about it in early TTK and before
-
1 ReplyReally.... Your joking right? That was a whole different story line from the scrapped destiny 1 he wasn't called prince uldren he was known as the crow(an outlaw), the speaker was a a secret mission resistance guy, the stranger was Osiris little play thing, and Rasputin was alive in another exo. Instead they kept the models they made but changed the story around. Now the crow is in royal family, the speaker is just there to monitor the traveler, the stranger doesn't even explain who she is, and Rasputin didn't have a body and didn't get captured by oryx. (like a previous post explained about that machine in his throne room was meant to be holding the exo known as Rasputin.) The whole story is different and your likely never going to see that seen in game.
-
Everyone talked about it when it was still relevant lol
-
Hahahahaha

2 RepliesThat guy isn't prince aldrin, it's another character but when bungo decided to scrap the original game they used the same character model. Prince Aldrin is having a comeback though. Your also late to the party 🎉
