  • Yeah that's not a solution. That's artificial difficulty it has never worked in the past and it doesn't work now.

  • So giving an extreme modifier that works against you or none in Your favor isn't artificial difficulty?

  • No that isn't artificial difficulty. Artificial Difficulty is being 32 while enemies is 33. You can't get past 32 since it was the max level.

  • So giving the enemies an advantage you can't get? You see the issue here, correct? Artificial difficulty is the point of the modifiers, you cannot change this factor, so you can never be 100% even with the enemies and you are instead at the mercy of preset modifiers. I.E. Another form of artificial difficulty. Although tbh the majority of modifiers are difficulty increasing, even burns as enemies are granted a 3x damage buff to your 2x. It's nice to actually have the game work in your favor for once tbh, but you can always circumvent this with your own decisions, instead of using what would make it easier, you can rely on your own skill at any point. Nobody's forcing you dude.

  • Forcing to do what? I just don't want a constant daybreak playlist. It would dilute the player base even more.
