If you take a look at the moderator reply to your post then you would see that reports alone will not get you banned guardian. A team at Bungie investigated your case and decided that you where a problematic element. Ultimately Bungie isn't responsible for your connection, you are. When you agreed to the EULA you agreed to the rules set in place, you cannot be mad at Bungie for punishing you for breaking the rules. If you are interested in finding ways to stabilize your connection then please look at the following page: https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915

1st: i know everything about my connection and i know how to get it fast and clear. 2nd: i'm not responsible about my connection, it's my internet company who will don't have a connection up 24mbs yet! And 3rd: SO THEY WILL ALL GET BANNED FOR UNSTABLE CONN THOSE PEOPLE WHO HAVENT 50 MBS DOWN & UP to play this broken game with thounands of bugs? Anyone who they think i;m false come on a party to speak about this

You are responsible for your connection, you selected your provider, if you knew your provider gave out a sub par product and still chose to enter an online community then it is on you to accept the punishment. Also to answer your question:yes. If the Bungie security team finds sufficient evidence that your unstable connection is ruining the experience for others then it doesn't matter how much time or money you've invested, you will be punished, period.

i have the best provider and the best down and up speed for online gaming, so please don't write anymore because i know everything about connections and i know when i have problems...
-
Then you should know that speed isn't everything. connection stability also plays a factor.
-
And that is your problem you don't look beyond speed settings. You only see the tip of the iceberg not what is under the water where your problems lies.
