Golden Gun was performing better than the other classes so tripmines and throwing knife were nerfed--both of which are still very deadly when used well.
English

Golden gun? That's not a subclass. -.-
-
Throwing knife needs a dmg buff and a burn dmg nerf to make sure low armor people don't get one shotted, this will allow for more consistent kills like a last word body and throwing knife headshot( 50+142 = 192)
-
Just miss the stick
-
Agree, I get knife kills most games, or weaken people enough with them that I easily finish them off. Funny thing is I can't remember the last time I was killed by a throwing knife .
-
Both are still deadly? Half the time that someone stands right in front of my tripmine, it does 198 damage allowing the enemy to survive.
-
...That's more damage than some sniper rifles on a body shot
-
And?...
-
And, most grenades don't do that much damage.
-
Doing 198 damage isn't deadly?
-
It does 188 not 198
-
Yes, they are still very deadly. Tripmines are meant to start or finish an engagement. They are not meant to one-shot people. Throw them where the fight is going to start or going to end and they're still extremely deadly.
-
Thats fine but placement big red cone ... so how come fusions that can see flying past head boomrang and kill. Just saying
-
Probably because most fusion users are running a vigil, which means you only have to land three bolts to kill.

It was performing better, higher kd etc but I think that was because better players were using it. Not so much because the class was over powered. The stats were misleading and they needed it without properly reading the statistics. Now ppl refuse to use it in sweaty tournaments
