Banned for a week on absolutely no grounds

I run Comcast Business, work from home, and never have an issue running the internet from my house. I don't have cable and run several Apple TV's and Roku devices to stream all of my media (all of which I do sparingly if at all while gaming). However, my network connection is deemed "unstable" by Bungie and you've blocked me from SRL for a week?! This is absolutely ridiculous and stands on no ground. I took ONE year off from this game, returned, and committed myself to playing and achieving all the rewards again. I loved SRL last year and now I'm unable to participate. I have all the data to show you that you're wrong and that my connection IS stable. More importantly, considering this - I'm done playing this game indefinitely if this is how Bungie is going to treat its players. I'm sure there's some legalise that I agreed to, accepting these terms but that doesn't change the ethical view on this case. As a valid player of the community, I'm disappointed.

*pretentious voice* - I think it's pretty obvious what's going on here Chris. You have been lag-switching to win patrols and that DDOS attack you originated against Taniks, who has no house, but does have internet, was a little over the top. Moreover, was it necessary to t-bag every single thrall in the Dark Beyond mission on the moon after you woke the hive? I mean, seriously? What did you think? That Bungie would just let that slide? Let's be honest with ourselves Chris. You got that raid gear on all of your pretty little guardians from using an aim-bot. What you say? That's right Chris - an aim bot. Nobody, and I mean no-buh-dee, has over 100,000 kills with Super Good Advice. Not even you. So why do I bring it up? Because it's unstable, and you are unstable. You and your internet. Unstable. The proof is in the pudding Steve. Can I call you Steve? Steve, your Hunter has a .35 k/d. Only someone with a 1,200 bit/s phone coupler modem and a 56k cassette tape drive has a .35 k/d. It hurts Steve. I know. Once Bungie instituted that penalty for red bars making it harder for you to get kills, it really hit you in the gut, didn't it? And that's when it happened Steve. Bungie pulled the plug on that TI-994A you've been playing destiny on. They couldn't stand to watch you milk that .35 up to a .36 any longer. You forced their hand. You only have yourself to blame Steve. Only yourself. Shhhhh...
