No. It is a viable option with the screen shake. Without it the weapon may become OP. That screen shake is the trade off.

Nothing about this rifle makes it op. It's basically an autorifle with armor piercing rounds, skip rounds, and glass half full that just happens to take up an exotic slot. Sure, it doesn't have damage falloff. But it's shake is so bad it doesn't matter because you can't hit anything. The only thing it would be good for is as a denial of area weapon because you can have two people shooting down a corridor using the walls to create a barrier, and it doesn't reflect enough times for that to be effective. It would be one thing if it used dreg's ability to track on targets, but as it is it's really not worth wasting your exotic option on.

No. If you read other players replies to the OP you will find then stating the same thing. If you want to use an auto rifle then it is a "viable" auto rifle option.
