This is the message I get every time I click on my own twitch logo :
Either this user hasn't linked their Bungie.net account to a Twitch account, or the user doesn't even exist. If it's the latter, what are you doing try to watch a fake person play video games?
But when I go to my settings to linked accounts, it says my twitch account is linked, just trying to do this for the emblem..so is it linked or not?

12 RepliesEdited by Kell of Kellogs: 11/28/2016 1:39:11 PMThis error is received when your stream isn't live. In a future update, it will be changed to display an offline state. Please note that there may be a delay between when you start streaming and when the stream appears (up to 10 minutes in an activity).

Here is what works for me: quit destiny, quit twitch. Start destiny and after character is selected start broadcasting. Then start a crucible match or strike. In about ten minutes check the bungie site and should be good. Also check your settings. You need to be appearing online and one more thing. I think its the setting to allow everyone to see what you are doing. Might be wrong, but just pick everybody.

Bump. Same problem here.

Edited by SpoolnBad: 11/16/2016 9:11:22 PMBUMP so Bungie can see and do nothing about it #bungie
-
My biggest concern is that the hours that i'm putting into the stream now when it says i'm not linked won't contribute to the 77 when they fix the problem

Edited by SirRNG (ADEPT): 11/17/2016 2:18:44 PMI actually had to unlink my Twitch from my PS4, then link again. 1) unlink Bungie from Twitch, save 2) unlink PS4 from twitch 3) link PS4 to twitch 4) link bungie to twitch, save worked for me

8 RepliesEdited by Eriena: 11/16/2016 11:47:09 PMHello, there is a bug that has a delay to when you start streaming to when it shows on Bungie.net. This delay is between 5 and 10 minutes. Just continue to stream and it will eventually show on Bungie.net.

I get the same error. I tried the steps they supplied logging out, clearing my cache, that didn't work. I even tried unlinking the account and then following the above steps, link it back to my twitch but still receive the same error.

I have the same problem. Here is a picture of what the page looks like. I've looked at the Help Guide and it says to logout, delete your cache, then login. I've done that and it still hasn't worked.
