Really they just need to make some changes.
Shotguns
Remove all Range increasing perks from them.
Replace ranged perks with damage increasing perks.
This would eliminate the Shotguns with absurd long range and put them where they belong...up close and personal.
I know this would enrage some people...but lets be honest. if you can OHK someone at Pulse/Scout Rifle range with your shotgun...its broken.
Shotguns are fine otherwise.
Sidearms
Give them a Primary or Secondary Toggle.
Boost Range & Damage a little.
Snipers
Remove the flinch change for PVE content only.
Pulse Rifles
I see nothing wrong with them to be honest.
Scout Rifles
Minor stability buff across the board.
Auto-Rifles
Small Range increase, revert the magazine nerf from ROI, boost impact a pinch.
Handcannons
Remove Bloom
Tiny buff to Range.
Machine Guns
Increase to Magazine, Stability, & overall dps.
Rocket Launchers
I dunno. Seem fine to me.

Shotguns should only lose range booster perks if their base range is boosted. They're so inconsistent right now it's unbelievable, so I can't believe you know what you're talking about with them. The rest is OK.
