I have an eyasluna with alot more range , the palindrome has more range and any well rolled legendary will have more range than the thorn or the hawkmoon. I got the thorn year 3 and gave it a shot . Played 2 matches with it and vaulted it . Its nowhere near as good as the vendor palindrome thats available for a few legendary marks. The only good exotic handcannon is TLW because it still shreds at the intended range. Thorn and Hawkmoon have been outclassed by well rolled Eyaslunas , Finalas Perils etc. and the vendor Palindrom.

I am so stuck on the old iron banner Finnalia's that its ruining all other hand cannons for me. Its just so damn accurate!

2 matches isn't enough to determine its ability of use but yeah I think it's pretty bad

Well you think its pretty bad and i think so as well. No matter how long it took you to realise , i use handcannons alot and know how good the Thorn used to be. Now you have reactive reload and Litc giving handcannons the potential to 2 tap . Rifled barrel for more range and less drop off and very reduced ghost bullets. The Thorn cannot 2 tap and it has lack luster range . I only need 1 encounter to pass my judgments , i gave the thorn 2 matches . Thats more than its worth at the moment.

Edited by Daedalus: 10/13/2016 10:36:01 PMIt's the water star archetype. Does the water star two tap
No so why should thorn? It shouldn't 4 tap either but it most certainly should not two tap
Edit: sorry if this came off douchy

No , its all good , but that archetype is extinct. No one uses it. Why would you use it? A competetive handcannon must kill in 3 shots and have the potential to 2 tap. Also it has to have max range.
