Actually a really good and intelligent video. Explaining the mechanics of what's really going on. Seems like hand cannons are working exactly as intended at their ranges. I'm not sure if I wouldn't just try my best to make damage drop more significantly outside of intended range, rather than just make it randomly miss ..... Seems like you could easily make an algorithm for that instead. But not for me to decide.
