After spending an hour on the phone with Xbox & Microsoft I feel we are entitled to an answer regarding the DISCOUNTED upgrade bundle for returning or upgrading customers.
I feel its deliberately set up so the 60 dollar purchase is easy as pie to set up but returning customers are given a blatant run around. The purchase has still not been verified and still not able to be downloaded after weeks of many people trying and failing to do so.
Please let us know something. The advertising never mentioned waiting till the 19 September to be able to upgrade and play taken King/dlc 1 & 2.

2 RepliesI've been told by microsoft they are working on an "update" to fix the issue. Thats believable but I dont understand why theres no response from bungie on this issue and why its been 2+ weeks since its been unavailable (at least to certain people).
