It's probably just the location of where the Cosmodrome staff and their families lived.
Baikonur (the real Cosmodrome) has a city of around 50,000

You realise those people wouldve died roughly 300 years ago right?
-
What does that have to do with anything? The Cosmodrome needs a city for the families of it's employees. I was giving the rough size of the one for Baikonur Cosmodrome. Whether they all died in the collapse is irrelevant, the city would still be there.

The city was built during the dark ages, its not from the golden age

What the hell are you talking about? He said you can see a city from the top of the colony ship. I replied it will be the city for the cosmodrome staff.
you can scope off into the distance and makeout a city
It's got nothing to do with the Last City.
-
I thought you meant the city is the same location of the staff A simple misunderstanding

Fair enough, we've all done it. I came across a lot more hostile than I meant - that's what I get for writing a reply when arguing with someone. :) So I accept your apology if you accept mine. :)
