i was gone for 3 days and did not play destiny the day before that and yesterday when i came home and tried to play trials it said i was restricted due to unstable network connection. This cannot possibly be true because according to what the information in game displays i have a green bar and never go below that. I even asked the guys i play with and every single one said the never saw me under a green bar. What is going on?? And i already saw the restrictions page and it is not helpful. I do not have bad connection nor do i cheat in any way shape or form. I do not understand why I am restricted unjustly. If i did that or had bad connection i would understand but i dont so why?

6 RepliesHey there, In Destiny, there are 2 ways Bungie addresses Users that show misconduct. This is through Account Bans and Restrictions. Account Restrictions are temporary, while Bans are permanent. Bungie does not discuss or dispute either of them. If you're questioning a Account Ban or Restriction, the link below could be the answer as to why you were banned or restricted. Please keep in mind that Poor or Unstable Internet Connection does qualify for a Restriction or even Ban in serious instances. All relevant information can be found here: https://www.bungie.net/7_Destiny-Account-Restrictions-and-Banning-Policies/en/Help/Article/11929 Hope this helps!
