Hey there,
In Destiny, there are 2 ways Bungie addresses Users that show misconduct. This is through Account Bans and Restrictions. Account Restrictions are temporary, while Bans are permanent.
Bungie does not discuss or dispute either of them.
If you're questioning a Account Ban or Restriction, the link below could be the answer as to why you were banned or restricted.
Please keep in mind that Poor or Unstable Internet Connection does qualify for a Restriction or even Ban in serious instances.
All relevant information can be found here: https://www.bungie.net/7_Destiny-Account-Restrictions-and-Banning-Policies/en/Help/Article/11929
Hope this helps!

Thank you for your reply but this does not help as i do not have unstable connection, my question is why i was restricted even though i have stable connection and i have not performed any other form of misconduct and why is it that it happened after i was away for four days. Another question is why wont bungie discuss them? I am being wrongly restricted for no reason. This is unjust restriction.

As I previously mentioned, Bungie doesn't discuss or dispute any bans or restrictions. That is simply their policy. Nextly, Restrictions and Bans are handed out in bunches at certain times, so you may have been reported awhile back, but are now receiving the result of those reports. Its just messed up because ive been playing since year 1 and i have never had a connection issue... Does bungie even verify this stuff?
-
Absolutely. Bungie will never ban or restrict you without absolute proof of misconduct or connections issues.
Death is not The Sickness unto death. ~ Soren Kierkegaard
Then I should not be restricted right now but I know you are not the one that is the problem and thank you for your replies:)
