Ok I'll add you but I'm not sure if you'll get it or not. Once you get an Xbox One adding people as friends has to be mutual. If the person adds you and you don't add them, they'll only be following you (+1 to your follower count) and can't join your games, but you're on their friends list and vice versa. There will be a friend count and a follower count. If you guys both add each other it counts both as a friend and a follower. Going to their profile and under friends it should say "You + 78" if they added you back. You can have up to 1000 friends on Xbox One compared to only 100 friends on Xbox 360. Xbox One is getting cheaper too compared to what it was before ($500).
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
