  • Thanks Wrinkled for the reply. I'm looking at the settings now and all the necessary ports appear "forwarded" for Xbox One and UPnP is enabled. Is it an issue that both are "enabled?"

  • No I believe that's what you want. Maybe try power cycling modem and or router and if not maybe try a hardwire Ethernet if you're on wifi. Sorry don't have too much more ideas

  • The power cycle is a great idea. I have two routers in the mix. The main one and then the gaming one (on the other side of the house and in the basement, but hard wired), I'll power cycle both and see if it works. Thanks.

  • Good luck! If that doesn't work try unplugging the router you aren't using for them game
