I love how people think that having more options is bad. People, just because we want to do something, doesn't mean you have to.

Edited by KannibalKlown: 5/2/2016 1:37:51 PMIn this case, I agree. I don't see anything wrong with making the strike selectable. It seems like the obvious choice. But that argument is used too often on the forums A) Bringing back Reforge B) Making 3oC trigger very frequently (every-other-coin) C) Letting you pick-and-choose which perks you want to reroll on exotic armor etc. In those cases, the restrictions are added for a reason. But people throw around the "choice is good" argument and think they've won. But here, you are correct. There really is no downside or built-in restriction that making the strike selectable would negate. Other than "let's make them play more often"

as for A, reforge shouldn't be available, or extremely expensive or rare for B, i'm conducting an experiment with 100 3oC to see how many exotics I get and the price comparison with buying the actual exotic, i'm down to 70 and I got about 6 exotics, it seems worth it as for C, the division lets you reroll armor stats, but its increasingly expensive, but depending on the perks, worth it. by choice is good, I mean for personal benefit, not affecting multiplayer or anything/anyone else, an example of this is modding, I'm completely fine with modded game modes for custom/private matches but they have no place in multiplayer.
