Why do people deny Thorn is OP?

Thorn at its current state is still by all means OP and somehow people deny this. To demonstrate how I will compare it side by side with another Exotic Handcannon, The First Curse. For arguments sake I will ignore The First Curse's Perks and all of Thorn's perks except Mark of The Devour since they do not affect Rate of Fire and Impact, which have the most direct impact on time to kill. Here are the stats for First Curse: RoF- 15 Impact- 94 Range-47 Stability- 12 Reload-22 Mag- 8 Thorn: Rof- 32 Impact-68 Range-38 Stability-31 Reload-49 Mag-9 So Thorn beats The First Curse in every category except impact and range. For my arguement, lets look at the impact and its effect. The First Curse kills in 3 headshots or 4 bodyshots The Thorn (with MoTD) kills in 3 headshots or 3 bodyshots Thorn has over double the RoF as TFC, so I can land all the necessary killing blows with Thorn to your chest in half the time it takes you to land all the necessary killing blows to my head. Even though those 3 bodyshots wouldn't kill you instantly, I could easily hide before you ever get enough shots to kill me. Now including the First Curse's exotic perk, the only reason you would use it over Thorn is... more range and faster ADS movement speed... While it isn't the God weapon it was in HoW, it is still ridiculously OP. Every single handcannon (except Hawkmoon's randomness and TLW's close range hipfire) kills in 3 headshots. Almost none of them have a faster rate of fire as Thorn and you don't need to aim with Thorn, since the same number of shots are required for all headshots and all bodyshots. Thorn is a lazy man's weapon
