    No, I'm talking year 1 Destiny vs year 2 Destiny. Hand cannons feel like shit. Max stability AR's now have crazy recoil. Medium/slow RoF AR's kill 1 bullet (0.1s) slower for reason, making them useless in the wake of rapid AR's. Pulse rifles are shit once again. Raid guns are shit. Perks are shit. Hipfire accuracy is shit on AR's, and HC's have too little zoom to be used at any real range. Snipers (especially on bodyshot) are OP just like in Halo. Shotguns are once again useless. Fusion rifles are a joke. Less armor customization than Halo: Reach WTF Even 343i did a much better job balancing Halo 4 initially (especially AR's) until they made all guns bow to the battle rifle. Halo 4 was disappointing but at least the gameplay was pretty smooth and you didn't spawn with power weapons. That's nonsense.

  • these mechanics existed in year one, they just changed how they interact with each other in terms of Perk Buffs. but ya, I see what you're saying
