New update, now I can't even sign in the the destiny servers. I've tried to sort it out with xbox support but they have concluded the issue is not with my connection or console. This has only been an issue since the servers went down the other day. Bungie please help. I keep getting various error codes, or random disconnection messages like "You need to be signed in to XBL..." or "Lost connection to destiny servers".

  • Been having a similar problem and havnt been able to play Destiny in over 2 weeks! I can login and choose a character but once i choose a destination i will get error code Currant. I can play all my other games on xbox live perfectly fine

  • I found my problem, it seems that my modem/router was not blocking the required ports for destiny. I manually forwarded them and it worked for a bit. I then disabled and re-enabled upnp on the modem/router and power cycled everything. This seemed to fix it permanently.
