I see the potential this game has as well as stuff that I think would make overall improvements to the game and improve it's chances of making it worth buying.

I agree. This game can go places. I just wish bungie could see that. And the community see it. I hate how they think destiny is like cod. It's more like an mmo.
I agree destiny doesn't seem like it needs to be just a shooter that should focus mainly on PvP with a short campaign mode. If we wanted that we'd be playing COD instead of destiny. I hope they start to focus more on pve and mmo elements. Perhaps last gen is holding them back a little. But if D2 is only on the newer systems perhaps that will make a difference
I just don't think they fully realize what they have. This game is a hybrid, not a pure-blood shooter.
( Though to be fair, games nowadays incorporate systems from other genres.)
I think BUNGIE hasn't had enough experience with something like Destiny or other MMO's/shared worlds and are still trying to get the motions down on how it should work. They have the ability to do something ground-breaking and I am still holding out as it often can take a while for game's of this nature to really take off an d soar. This game will always have it's downsides, every game does, but I believe if BUNGIE really is taking corrective measures and listening, then Destiny will be more successful than it is now.
Yes I totally agree with you. I think this is there real first rpg/mmo style game they have done. And so far they haven't done to bad. There still learning. So I'm gonna stick around to see what they do.
