Let's be honest, Bungie really needs to open up more of the tower and more of the city. We're fighting to save this city of people but we can't visit them or see how they live. We see a handful of them walking around to service the guardians.
And there's only a tiny portion of each planet that we can visit. Half a dozen planets, moons, and space objects and we can explore . . . How much? A few acres? A square mile?

We're fighting to save the city!? Since when?!

Blame last gen for that

Oblivion and Skyrim were on last gen. Their worlds were much bigger than all of Destiny's worlds combined, what are you talking about?

Y'know, Playstation 3 and Xbox-360.

I am aware of those, yes. The implication being that a larger game world would be too much for those systems to handle? I don't really buy that. I imagine Bungie would degrade the graphic settings to expand the world. Restraining the development of the game world based on the older systems seems foolish. Unless perhaps that's the main function of "Destiny 2" and a new version would allow Bungie to discontinue support for last gen systems.

I mean, they can't even handle bigger vaults.
