It'll make pve 10 times easier than it already is and then it'll be way too boring even more than it is now.

It's already boring. Every enemy is a bullet sponge on harder difficulties now. Adding elemental primaries would make them less tankey and make the game more fun.

So you would rather do strikes then raids? The longer the engagements the more fun they are.

So you would rather have a 4 hour raid full of enemies that take 2 clips each that a 2 hour raid that has enemies that take 1/2 to 1 clip each?

Nightfalls give below-sub-par rewards as it is and as far as I know there is no other activities that have burns implemented. What makes an activity exciting for me is the rewards I know I might be guaranteed at the end and the difficulty it took to receive those rewards, if any of those factors are missing then the activity to me is boring! I don't think implementing these would make, for example, the black spindle mission any less easy or hard! Adding in elemental weapons would only give players another goal to work towards and increase diversity to a new level among primaries!

It would make pve too easy. Making it any easier will just make it boring.

I explained my reasoning to how I disagree with the fact that this would make PvE more easy. Could you explain how it would be more easy? I understand how nightfalls would be made easier, but as it is Nightfalls are lacking the definition of excitement I provided.
