I store mine in a safe that's locked up an hidden from any youngsters. The video focus on the gun, not on the people who owned them.
If you're not responsible enough to keep you're guns in a secure area, then you shouldn't have one to begin with.
Video blames the guns for humans problems, humans always want to blame anything other then themselves.
I think you should have to be trained how to safely store and use a firearm, you should have to have a mental health examination and a extensive background check. (There's already background checks, but they need to be more thorough.

As for this:
Video blames the guns for humans problems, humans always want to blame anything other then themselves.
*than Guns certainly don't hinder violence.
Guns certainly don't hinder violence.
Neither do cars, or hammers, or knives. Why not call out those things also?
-
Because they aren't made specifically to do harm.
-
Not all guns are either. But even if they were, nothing is wrong with causing harm to someone who is going to harm you. You are letting emotions get in the way of logic. Guns aren't the problem, people are.

Edited by Tartan 118: 11/20/2015 2:57:03 PMPlease, tell me which kinds of guns, ballistic weapons that fire metal bullets (as opposed to a paintball, BB, glue, nail gun, etc.) are not designed to cause harm. Heaven forbid we should make a conscientious decision based on saving lives.
nothing is wrong with causing harm to someone who is going to harm you.
I agree. But there are far safer ways of doing it than using something so deadly and prone to accident.

My point was that not every gun is made to do harm. Some are made for target shooting, some for hunting, some for decoration. Let me ask you: What guns should we ban? Or should we just ban all guns? What is your "far better" ways for protection?

Well, The, I was thinking something a little less mechanical: maybe a knife if you're in the kitchen, or a baseball bat or something.
Well, The, I was thinking something a little less mechanical: maybe a knife if you're in the kitchen, or a baseball bat or something.
Yeah, that's just dumb. Why would you want to disadvantage yourself in a potentially deadly encounter? - Der
