After using it some, imo it's very underwhelming.
Has anyone had success with it?

Imagine they mixed bad juju and last word, then nerfed that new gun harder than the vex.

It's great for patrols and strikes. I don't see myself using it in nightfalls or raids though.

Havnt used the ace of spades yet since I havnt really done crucible on my hunter but I do like using the first curse in pvp

2 RepliesEdited by boff: 10/23/2015 1:28:10 PMIm not ranking up 280/290 exotics, way to many materials required plus material drop rate has been nerfed....ain't nobody got time for that. But I like the gun. Deleting all 280/290 exotics....not worth the effort. Out of the 3 class specific gun Smith exotics tladoc is the one to go for, the titan auto rifle is terrible, looks cool sounds cool but isnt

The Ace of Spades is great but I found my self using No Time to Explain in most of those encounters. My Gunslinger was very happy with the change. It depends if you like crowd control via firefly or shooting heads infinitely.

It's trash

Very good gun but you'll find yourself running out of ammo constantly

Super fun to use, the returned bullet perk is great for large trash mobs plus the firefly goes well with the rest of the perk tree

2 RepliesFriend who mains a hunter uses it and wrecks in crucible with it. Hate to see what happens when he gets the First curse...

It's fun. It's not great, and the actual exotic perk (maverick) is lack-luster, but the gun itself is fun to use. If you're a decent shot, you will find yourself rarely reloading, and then suddenly completely out of ammo. Sort of a "fun" twist to add while going about your day.

It's good if you want a gun similar to fatebringer taking up an exotic slot, that can only be used by hunters.
