I prefer King's Fall. Dunking the relics is more fun than standing in a circle. The tomb ships are hella fun and the scenery is great as opposed to any sort of Vex architecture. Earning the right to the Warpriest is fun and requires more than just killing mobs compared to defending the confluxes. Templar is more fun than Warpriest imo. Golgoroth is simple. I prefer Golgy to the Oracles any day. It's less boring. The maze and "WIPEOUT" are just hilarious. The Deathsingers beat the Gatekeeper hands down. Oryx is more fun than Atheon imo.
I prefer King's Fall. Dunking the relics is more fun than standing in a circle.
Let's examine the Kingsfall raid, encounter by encounter to see the lack of circles you refer to! Opening the portal: dunk relics 6 times to open portal (whew, no circles yet! YES!) Ship jumping puzzle: jump on ships, then stand on two circles to activate final ship to get across the chasm x2 (4 circles. Maybe it's a fluke?) Totems: grab buff, run to circular pad under totem to prevent it from detonating, then when you have deathsingers power run to center circle plate until counter ticks down from 10 (hmm, a few circles here too. Maybe we don't really need then to get by it right?) Warpriest: stand on 3 circle plates to start. Kills adds then wait for caller to announce what order to stand on plates x3 then get to the person with the red circle area buff to dmg boss. Oh and make sure you're behind a Pilar or else the big black circle behind warpriest will vaporize you. (Nope. No circles here at all) The hallways before Golgoroth: to get secret chest, find all 4 of the small circle pressure plates that you have to activate in a certain order, then go loot chest. Beware though, there are circular holes in the floor you have to avoid or you fall to your death. (None here either) Golgoroth: shoot the circle/orb to spawn boss, kill waves of adds till gone, grab gaze while avoiding/shooting purple circles coming at you, shoot circle/orb to drop down circle of ogre goo to stand in, shoot bosses glow stomach circle till dead. (Circle Orges can't melt circle beams) Main jumping puzzle: proceed to cross the chasm in a series of death defying leaps! Make it all the way up to the exotic chest, then have 3 team mates each stand on 1 of 3 circle plates to lock the invisible walking paths in place. Then your team can continue to navigate up to the next area, which is a vertical jumping puzzle in a giant circle room. Get to the top to get to the final room of the raid. (Wow, circle free jumping!) Daughters of Oryx: look for the taken circle/orb floating in the room. The torn party member will have to get that once the other party members have successfully jumped on top of thier platforms and activated thier circle plates. Don't move though! If you do the torn platformer may fall through and not be able to grab the shadow orbs and ultimately, the original taken circle/orb. Once grabbed though, the runner can then jump to a daughter, break here circle/bubble and the team can begin to dps. Make sure not to leave the protection of that circle/bubble though, otherwise the singing voices of the daughters will rupture a vital part of your brain and you'll die a horrible death, likely creating a circular pool of blood around your corpse. Anyways, rinse and repeat for loot. (Circles?) Oryx: okay fear not, this fight is also free of circles my friend! Activate boss, wait for a fist slam, then jump on platforms to activate circle plates in the right order, which then spawn ugly red faced ogres. Kill them and they will spawn a black circle/orb that we'll talk about in a bit. Oh, one caveat here though: when he slams his fist, he leaves a shadow circle/orb that the platformer will have to grab first to become torn, then they can jump around collecting circles/orbs to grab the invulnerability buff to shield the party with. The platformer will bring this invulnerability circle/bubble to the rest of the raid so that they can shoot the circular chest cavity that oryx opens up when he gets excited, or as a party trick. Once you stagger him from all the shooting, run over to those black circle/orbs and stand in them for 3-4 seconds to detonate them. Oh but make sure to run back to the invincibility circle/bubble or you'll die from his slow clap. Okay, now he's going to give everyone a debuff that creates a circular lightning strike, so it's important to avoid other people here. The best way to do that is to run in a big circle around the platforms to completely avoid teammates. Under 50% health, oryx will actually suck people into a giant black circle/bubble, where they enter a shadow dimension. Kill the echo in the dimension to escape and prevent party wipe. Repeat process until the very end when oryx will give a final attempt at killing you're circle hating party. Fear not though! All you need to do here is simply shoot him in the chest circle enough to kill him, at which time he will then float into the inky depths of space. Collect loot. Win. Wow, you're right! Why stand in circles in VoG when you can run an entire Kingsfall raid and never have to worry about a circle/bubble ever again!! I'm with you buddy, #noraidcircles #bubblefreedom #kfcirclefree

 • I learned that seem to be somewhat of a melodramatic. I may not have typed my post in the most eloquent manner, but I was talking about the beginning of both raids when I mentioned, "Standing in circles..." I didn't sum the Vault of Glass to be a raid full of, "Standing in circles."
