There's a lot of new information there, so please give it a thorough read-through. Most players have found that they are able to diagnose their issue using the information there.

And if we aren't? Then what? You guys need a way to talk to an actual Bungie employee because this so called updated trouble shooting guide doesn't sound to promising.
