I'm surprised that nobody is quoting Kotaku... They literally say there wont be any PAID expansion until fall of 2016 so for me it means no raid until fall of 2016.. I'm so sad...!
EDIT: people are saying we will get raids for free. Okay.. ^^ don't need to insult me. A free raid sounds good but too good to be true for me ^^
EDIT2: It seems that I should have added a third option : "op is jumping to conclusions" :), meaning you think new dlcs with raids will come for free. (well thanks to microtransactions). I cannot edit the poll :/ I personally don't think Activision would do that but I hear you :)

2 Replies"For me" doesn't not turn into "confirmed"

If this is true. As much as I like destiny. 3 raids in 2 years would be sad
-
2 RepliesCan someone show me exactly where they said "there will be no raid" oh that's right they never said that...once, nor was it implied.
-
It baffles me people here believe Activision would actually allow a free raid. Rather than insult, I'll just say some of you are the most optimistic people I've ever met.
-
Bungie never confirmed the DLC would be free.
-
Can't imagine we will get new raids. Something like new strikes would be more realistic.
-
Kotakus source isn't liable bungie never said they'd give free dlc stop spreading false shit
-
I won't mind if it is true I would rather an amazing raid like KF than a hodge podge lime CE
-
Yes, Activision doesn't want anymore of your money, lol jk. Whether there is a raid in the next couple of dlcs or not, there will still be a couple of new dlcs before destiny 2.
-
5 RepliesThey already confirmed a raid next dlc
-
No PAID expansion. Maybe the next couple will be free. And include free raid.Activision sees that bungie can sell their game and make money without needing to cut shit out, maybe they finally let bungie take control.
-
No more paid expansions does not equal no raids. Learn to read next time.
-
9 RepliesOh man. I've STILL never done a raid. I guess I'll just miss out on the next one too.
-
If this was true the game would not last for many gamers
-
That's why they put out the emotes thingy. Free raids once the set amount is paid. Get ur emotes it's only 20 bucks. For free raids I don't mind
-
Funny as hell.
-
Oh look, another person who jumps to conclusions.
-
I could see them revamping VoG, Crota, and PoE...make them relevant again
-
Kotaku is a very melancholic site imo. I would take their articles with a very fine grainy of salt. Their may be raids and there may be other things. We'll see.
-
4 Replies"This will likely involve big drops every few months" I see no reason that there won't be raids
-
I would love more raids. But honestly, I'd prefer one absolutely epic raid per year rather than a sub-standard one and a good one
-
If they increase the current raid 2 more times like was planned before ttk released and then maybe add some stuff to the dreadnaught, maybe add harder difficulties and new rewards for old raids. I'm in no hurry to get a rushed raid that's back to crota mechanics
-
Microtransactions will subsidize DLC
-
Kotako hasn't been right yet, soo probably not tru
-
Really doubt a free raid will drop. Those things take at minimum 6 months to plan, develop and test.
