I'm surprised that nobody is quoting Kotaku... They literally say there wont be any PAID expansion until fall of 2016 so for me it means no raid until fall of 2016.. I'm so sad...!
EDIT: people are saying we will get raids for free. Okay.. ^^ don't need to insult me. A free raid sounds good but too good to be true for me ^^
EDIT2: It seems that I should have added a third option : "op is jumping to conclusions" :), meaning you think new dlcs with raids will come for free. (well thanks to microtransactions). I cannot edit the poll :/ I personally don't think Activision would do that but I hear you :)

But we will be getting more story and with it more end game sooo
-
I'm not sure how you made the leap from what was actually said in that article to your "no raid" idea. They literally said nothing remotely like that. Take off the spinfoil hat and focus on the words that actually appear in the article.

2 RepliesEdited by Tacoface1996: 10/8/2015 12:58:15 AMBecause the rest of the dlc's for this year will be free (according to kotaku)
-
Hm...will they really make more money off emotes than they would from expansion packs?
-
4 RepliesPlease bump this ONCE
-
They didn't say there would be no raid specifically also it's not a confirmation.
-
Micro transactions add up quick. Could fund "free" dlc
-
I highly doubt that Bungie thinks they can keep us playing without new end game content for a year. If players quit, they are potentially no longer customers for Destiny 2. So, I'm not too worried.
-
1 ReplyThey will probably do the same thing with dark below and house of wolves. 1 off type raid esk thing and probably a raid. I hope they have a raid for the cabal dlc
-
There will probably be new end game stuff until then. Bungie already said they will be adding free dlc through this next year. So I don't doubt 1-2 free smaller scale raids and a big one like oryx at the end. So I'd expect 2 raids like VoG and crota. Or similar things.
-
OP, can you count to potato?
-
....ya know what they say about assuming, right?
-
kotaku has been wrong in the past. they are probably getting this information due to bungie hiding there next expansion from sites like kotaku
-
Kotaku is one of the worst places to get gaming news from anymore. I mean I don't see big expansions coming but I could see missions events possibly coming between then with the new micro transaction system they are doing
-
Need 3 to run the VoG normal
-
I said the same thing
-
It says paid expansions. They could always release a raid for free to make the community happy.
-
You fail to realize that kotaku could be right and that we could still have new raids.
-
1 Replywhere's your info from asshat? link to say no more raids? nope?
-
2 RepliesEdited by CombatWombat386: 10/8/2015 1:58:59 PMThe Dark Below was not considered an expansion, but instead was considered DLC. The Dark Below came with a raid. OP's argument is invalid. Editted because The Dark Below =/= Crota's End
-
7 RepliesEdited by Trap God Zeek: 10/7/2015 9:03:47 PMIf you think that means that there aren't going to be no new raids than you are utterly -blam!-ing retarded
-
5 RepliesWhere's the "OP shouldn't jump to conclusions" option?
-
2 RepliesIt was stated that they are starting to offer buying things with real money to offer more content for free.
-
2 RepliesTTK was an expansion but there will likely be 2 more DLCs just like last year. Then next year will either be destiny 2 or another huge expansion. That doesn't mean no more raids. I wouldn't jump to any conclusions.
-
2 RepliesThere is a new raid, Kings fall.. well new to me, haven't done it at all yet... go play less and get a life lol
-
2 Replies"For me" doesn't not turn into "confirmed"
