Hello!
I had some Ideas for an exotic artifact for each class and I thought I could share them with you all!
HUNTER
Name: Tevis's Quiver
Description: In His Dying Breath He Formed A Quiver Of Light And Dark.
Exotic Perk: Grants Quiver for Nightstalker
Perk Name: Void's Embrace
Basically this is just a simple artifact that grants quiver as a perk allowing you to also use something like blood bound along with it.
TITAN
Name: Sunbreakers Forge
Description: Embrace The Sun.
Exotic Perk: Grants Bonus Agility When Hammer Of Sol is active
Perk Name: Sun's Embrace
Now we all know titans have the worst agility so this one lets titans use their Hammer Of Sol more effectively
WARLOCKS
Name: Stormcallers Trance
Description: Take the Arc and make it your own.
Exotic Perk: Creates a small AOE for a brief moment when Stormtrance is activated
Perk Name: Arc's Embrace
This basically gives warlocks a small fist of havoc when their super is activated
As you can most likely tell these all have similar names, this is because I designed them with a subclass specific quest in mind.
Let me know what you all think!
Shark Out!
EDIT: All artifacts have 'The Life Exotic'(Lets you have another piece of exotic armour equipped at the same time) and the perk for the storm callers summons a lightning storm basically above them.

anyone want to help me ? if so i will repay in helping in raid with my 309 warlock!
-
1 Replywhat's the difference between the warlock one and landfall and the quiver would be completely unbalanced
-
2 RepliesThese are awesome ideas. But isn't your Stormcaller perk the same as Landfall? Or is there something different about it?
-
Very creative.
-
anyone want to help me get my 310 fast has anyone finished fears embrace if so that would be awesome message Ynprz im 309 and 307 and 305 characters i will return a favour with helping u in raid

Like the idea of exotic artifacts. Gotta disagree with titan agility since it already has one for "solar ability kills", score a kill get a 15sec agility boost, can stack up to 3 times. I'd like to have one of the super's perks for the titan. Hunter's artifact idea is good no comments there. Warlock's perk... Impossible machines? (exotic gloves that grant landfall) They create an initial aoe and blind the enemies it hits. I'd suggest something like "taking arc damage reduces super cooldown" the cd reduction could scale with the ammount of dmg recieved. The name of the warlock's artifact could simply be something like lightning rod
-
Stormbringer already does that lol
-
but the question is, would they take up an exotic slot in place of an armour slot, like class items
-
There will probably be some in hard mode raid
-
I felt compelled to choose the Quiver cos the perks and names for the other two weren't as good... Stormcallers Trance seems to be like the Impossible Machines, and Sunbreakers forge... :/ Titan skating though? I'd have chosen something like Suncharge or the sunspot super perk for it tbh Idk what I'd have done for the stormcaller though, maybe give them the blink perk or superconductor(?) or one of the other perks :/ However, I feel like Quiver+Blood Bound/Black Hole+Shadestep+that perk that allows shadowshot to become a trap, would be too much lol but fun :) and same with my thoughts on the other two :/

Edited by JollySeven: 10/11/2015 1:39:52 PMExotic artifacts should all be 310 on quest reward. Each artifact should had a unique perk on par with exotic helmets. Exotic artifacts should not take an exotic slot (similar to exotic class items)
-
1 ReplyNot bad, i would love a free perk
-
It would have to take an exotic slot the. If you want to give it viable perks.
-
8 RepliesSo basically the exotic warlock artifact is the exotic arm pieces, "the impossible machines"? Wow.
-
Blood bound and quiver would be boarder line game breaking.
-
OR "Stormcaller's Lance" - grants Ionic Blink and Amplitude
-
Imagine having the hunter one with black hole on 0•0
-
Dude, the warlock artefact is basically the impossible machines
-
lol quiver plus black hole would basically be three normal ones.
-
Warlocks already have that, look up their perk landfall. It's also on the impossible machines
-
Tge nightstalker one would be epic
-
Warlocks already have a perk that do that...
