Once you uninstall the TTK the suros pack is not part of the download once you reinstall it. This fix does not work. When you go to the game add on section in the menu on Xbox One it says you have to buy the collectors edition of the game. I preordered the TTK on 7/28/15. I have gone through all your suggested fixes and none of them work. Can we please have some real resolution to this issue. It's been an issue since the hot fix that came out on 9/24/15 that people have been experiencing this, and reported it. All people want is what they paid for... Thanks for the consideration...

On the xbox 1 there was not an option to reinstall it. Had this problem with other destiny dlc and was told to uninstall and then reinstall the content. I mistakenly believed that would work here but that was not the case. These problems with this game just keep piling up just like the mountain of cash I have foolishly spent on it. Is there any chance of restoring the lost content here or am I sol?

Yeah, that doesn't work at all. I have access to all of the Suros stuff, for the moment, but it all completely vanished on my wife's characters. This better get fixed, and try to actually troubleshoot the problem instead of giving us some canned customer service response.

I tried to delete and reinstall the pack from xbox one but now it's not available to reinstall, says it's part of other bundles

Yeah, that's the kind of canned response we don't need. That's like calling electronic tech support and they tell you to turn it off and on again. People have tried. It doesn't work. This is either on Bungie or MS side. Look into the issue on your end first before you problem solve, please.

Ok then I guess that who ever Bungie are paying to respond are either stupid, can't be bothered or just plain cant read cuz I'm pretty sure that little bit of spam they called help was already made apparent that it DOESN'T WORK..... Maybe if you paid a little.... Just a tiny bit of attention to what your Entire community is telling you then you would just do the honorable and just say we have a problem and we are working to fix it. Just say in but what do I know I'm just a girl who just Loves dealing with stupid people.

Now that is NOT a reply I'm expecting from Bungie... It s obviously a wider issue than an isolated corrupted add-on. BS at its finest... Tell us what is it, if you fix it and exactly what to do vs. " hey why don't you try this and loose your pre-order bonus"...

No not follow this advice unless you're a gambling sorta person. You stand a better than even chance of losing the Suros Pack and not being able to recover it. There are many of us who have followed the Bungie support advice and lost the pre-order content. YMMV. Good luck...
